We use only high-quality sterling silver or gold-plated chains, but as fine jewellery, they still require care. If your chain breaks within the first six months, we’ll repair it free of charge. After that, a small £5 fee will apply per welding session for repairs.
Our jewellery is carefully crafted to your precise, agreed measurements. Whether you prefer a snug or relaxed fit, we ensure it’s just right for you.
You must be 18 or over, or 16 with parental or guardian consent.
If you're under 16, I’m happy to offer charms on clasps as an alternative option.
Absolutely not! My fiancee was my personal guinea pig when I just started and he still has a few that he wanted to keep on!
